We didn't enter a category. We defined one.
Ex.Brain is the Company Intelligence Layer: the sixth layer of AI, and the first that treats the company itself as the unit of intelligence. Our CEO named it in a book. Our team built it into a product. Our security architecture makes it safe enough to trust with what your company knows.
Five layers serve one point each. The sixth is the whole field.
AI arrived one layer at a time. Copilots made individuals faster. Workspace tools organized projects. Enterprise search found files. Agents talked to customers. Control planes routed between agents. Each one serves a person, a tool, or a task. None of them made the company smarter.
Ex.Brain does not sit beside these layers. It includes them, and adds the one no other platform provides.
To capture and structure the knowledge businesses can't afford to lose, transforming undocumented know-how into a living Business Brain that preserves continuity, empowers teams, and systemizes the foundation for scale.
A world where every company is born AI-Native, with continuity, clarity, and truth embedded as core infrastructure. Knowledge compounds like capital, every business has an Ex.Brain at its center, and companies endure not just for a quarter, but for generations.
We didn't build Ex.Brain in theory. We built it because the same wound kept opening.
Again and again, we watched companies lose their memory the moment key people left, rollups stalling, integrations breaking, exits collapsing. Millions evaporated because the deeds of teams and the words of leaders weren't captured in time.
Our careers carried us across three continents; together we built and sold three tech companies before age 32. That showed us how fragile organizational memory is, and how much enterprise value depends on continuity. So we stopped patching, and designed the permanent fix.
Ex.Brain is the expression of that belief: a platform where AI Members capture, structure, and safeguard the knowledge businesses can't afford to lose, ensuring that what people think, say, and do becomes a lasting asset for the future.
Built by practitioners who've done this before.
Written first. Then built. Then secured.

From the center, outward.
A single thought at the center becomes how we act, and then the change we make in the world. Our culture, our values, and our impact aren't three separate things, they're one continuous ripple.
Everything ripples outward from the center.
Our culture is drawn the same way our mark is: in circles. A thought becomes a word. A word becomes a deed. A deed becomes the future, each circle containing the one before it. Three of these are among the oldest principles in the founders' Persian heritage. The fourth is the one we're building.
Thoughts
Change begins within.
We build with principles that guide how we think, how we speak, and how we act, so the impact of our work extends beyond technology into people's lives and futures.
Clarity
Clear thinking is the root of good decisions. Honoring truth as it is, not as we wish it to be, builds trust and alignment across people, teams, and companies.
Responsibility
Every action matters. We hold ourselves accountable to act with care, for our people, our partners, and the world around us. Responsibility is a way of being.
Stewardship
Knowledge, time, and resources are sacred. We safeguard what is entrusted to us and use what we build to strengthen both businesses and communities.
Future with Wisdom
We build with urgency, because the future can't wait. But speed must serve humanity, we move fast enough to matter, and wise enough to endure.
Unreasonable Hospitality
We practice care beyond expectation. By noticing details and giving more than required, we create experiences that feel generous, personal, and lasting.
More than a technical fix.
We exist to change how businesses, and the people inside them, experience continuity, trust, and growth. Our impact is measured not only in hours saved or deals secured, but in the long-term stability we create.
For companies
We help businesses preserve their memory, so knowledge doesn't walk out the door when people move on, faster onboarding, smoother integrations, and higher valuations when it matters most.
For people
Ex.Brain lifts the invisible weight on employees and leaders. By capturing decisions, conversations, and context, teams spend less time repeating the past and more time shaping the future.
For society
Technology must serve humanity. By designing AI that preserves truth, protects knowledge, and strengthens continuity, we help build companies that last, not just for today's market, but for generations to come.
